For good food and accommodationsīeautiful venue just outside of Spanish Town and a stone throw from Old Harbour. Close to several restaurants clubs and the town of Old Harbour for business activities. We left our resort to see my fiancees family around this area of Jamaica. It was a nice local hotel we stayed overnight at. We stayed in the guest house suite - kitchenette and small dining area. It's a nice lovely family business they make sure I was ok and room was clean the staff was over whelming happy smiling faces every morning greetings me good morning sir are you ok did you sleep ok swimming pool was really great hopefully too see them next year There is a restaurant we ate breakfast at which was at the intersection west of the hotel called "infusion" - 8 minute stroll.Ĭustomer service was quick and courteous. Worst I have experienced at a hotel in my entire life.so unprofessional and lack proper customer service.

Owner is full of anger which he expresses towards customers as if he wants to fight. Owner banging doors leaving visitors thinking it’s a robbery, leading to kicking out paying customers at 1:00 am without receiving a single cent and this is only the first hour of my stay WORST HOTEL EVER! Fiwi place hotel jamaica full# Let’s not forget there was five of us so three was in one room and two in the other. The owner came in our room creating havoc looking in closets, in showers.screaming like hell just to find a third person who was in the other room.
I had little black bugs in my room they got in my suit case thought i shake all them out but Not!!!! All on plane they came out my carry on bite me in my face so embarrassed.then toilet leaked water out bathroom all the way to the bed😕😕😕😕😕😕 Simple, not as modern but beautiful decor If you need a place to stay at a reasonable price this is it Loved the morning mint tea and brown sugar. It a good look but we should get aissluvise tho Very nice staff kind &friendly atmosphere. It's better then you think!! We have been in Jamaica for mission trip and stayed in this motel.
We didn't had breakfast there we brought our own Kettering,but other than that the rooms are really nice and clean. This hotel was very very good and convenient. I stayed here for 5 nights and I got my money worth. Very clean hotel, the staff is amazing and I love that there's security at the gate, after 11pm the gates are closed and you must be buzzed in which is good and great for safety. Wifi is down stairs in the lobby and it works very good. I didnt have any of the the food served (breakfast) however the hotel is located by the town of Old Harbour so everything was near by, clubs, restaurants, gas stations, stores, even hustlers on the road side. I really enjoy my stay and I cant wait to come back in August. Please dont listen to one review and get scared. Go an experience for yourself.Įnvironment is clean, rooms are clean with a/c, has a pool and bar area.
